Our commitment to you is that the hardware and workmanship on your new Beijo bag will be free of defects for a period of 90 days from the date of purchase. This limited warranty will be activated by filling out a warranty form at the time of your purchase. Customer service will then issue an RA number and send you instructions on how to ship the damaged bag to our warehouse in Vancouver for inspection.
Upon inspection, your replacement will be shipped to you.
If a replacement bag in the same style or color as your original is no longer available, Customer Service will contact you about alternative choices. And since scratches to your bag are not covered under the warranty, please see the instructions that accompany every Beijo bag for proper care of your item.
